Post in the freelance section (to hire someone to do it for) Or try learning PHP and try making it your self, and when you come across a problem ask for help. If you want som,ething written for you, read the rules then post your request within the freelance board. Otherwise (since you know php), make an attempt and post the relevent code your having a problem with.
