phprocker
Hey, I'm looking to purchase a Flash authoring tool. Adobe is just way to expensive and Swish seems like a great alternative. Does anyone use Swish? What else is recommended as an alternative to Adobe? Daniel0
You may call me picky, and I do recognize that this doesn't address your question, but Adobe is a company and they make a product called Adobe Flash Professional. Adobe would indeed be too expensive to purchase unless you're insanely rich; it's probably worth several billions of dollars. phprocker
Yep, I'm sure they are worth a few billion. And yes, I'm looking for an alternative to their product, Adobe Flash Professional. jcombs_31
I honestly don't think there is any real alternative. Unless you want to develop with Silverlight :-\ Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/147229-flash-tools-affordable-alternative/#findComment-772933 Share on other sites
phprocker
We'll what about Swish? It seems like a pretty powerful Flash creator. I guess I'll just go download the demo and try it out. jcombs_31
I have no experience with it, but I'm basically saying that if you are serious about developing flash projects then you really need to acquire Flash Professional.
