georgila Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 hello. i have a php file and got stuck with this error : fopen(/choise_out.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\system\askisi.php on line 140 after hours of googling , i didnt find a solution.. the paradox is that in the first times, it was working.. i work with VISTA and i think that is something about permissions , or something to change in php.ini.. any help please..?
