Don't think it's the best one, but if you read the comments you might be able puzzle something decent together. No build in feature would be able to keep up to date as it would need to access an external resource every so often. Check out: http://www.ecb.int/stats/exchange/eurofxref/html/index.en.html#dev Also check out the other tabs there, you can build your own parser etc. It's pretty mad. I've used it on a few projects.
