schme16
I'm really wanting to make my personal website more innovative but drew a bit of a blank; Got me thinking about what features websites either have that people loved, or features that they don't have and really should! The only 'rule' is that I don't want to hear about flash... don't get me wrong I love Flash, but it's not what I'm looking for. tl;dr So I put it to you: What features would you like to see implemented in a website. Any website.
bochez
Thats really a tough question to answer... Good navigation is important to me... People normally go to a site for a reason, and finding the site they're looking for is important...
TheFilmGod
Why would someone give you a good idea? Good ideas = money and success. Google is always your friend. there are dozens of blog entries dedicated to web 2.0 generation-like features. A quick search will give you 2 million + entries. Don't expect any "revolutionary" ideas out on google though. All the best ideas are often locked up adn kept away until someone makes a fortune. I'm not asking for anything revolutionary; just what site features/attribute you've always looked for, as a personal interest.
haku
Depends on what kind of website it is, doesn't it.
Hybride
If this is your personal website, then do what you love: show off your personality with it. There's a few "given" rules about making it (good navigation, easy to read, all that, which you should check out on google), but a personal site is all about you.
