Hello,

I'm using PHP & HTML, trying to display the legal doc but not allow it to be edited.  You know the drill  :).

The code I'm using below causes it to be an input field, which I don't want.  I only want it to show the legal doc then the user checks an acceptance box.

<TEXTAREA NAME="TextFileName" ROWS=14 COLS=80>@TextFileName@
</TEXTAREA>

Thanks for the help,
Bill
<div style="border : solid 2px #ff0000; background : #f7f7f7; color : #000000; padding : 4px; width : 400px; height : 150px; overflow : auto; ">

Your legal text all goes in here

</div>
Adjust the styling on the div to suit your width/height/colors, etc.  Produces a scrollable div containing your 'legal agreement stuff'

Cripes! Depends on what you want to learn, but a few minutes ought to be enough.
