WYSIWYG Editor

I know absolutely nothing about PHP and I would really like to allow users of my college group to be able to edit web pages. I have WebFileBrowser http://www.webfilebrowser.org on the site and would like to have a WYSIWYG editor on it so that it's really easy to use for them. Can anyone tell me how to do it or do it for me?
