gerkintrigg
I'm using a neat little spider / search script called Sphider, which works almost perfectly, but with one little issue. I can't seem to incorporate the search into the template of my website and frankly, I have no idea why. The page that works is: http://web.myointernational.com/search/search.php but for some reason I can't add the same search to a form elsewhere. I think it might have something to do with the form needing to be on the same page as the results, but this seems a serious flaw. Can anyone else shed some light. If anyone's used this before, what's the way around this issue? I'd love to use it on every page. Thanks. gevans
I just had a look at their demo and the search is on a different page to the results. Myabe take a look at that? I've never used it before though! Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/167936-solved-my-search-box/#findComment-886381 Share on other sites
gerkintrigg
It required a hidden search box, which I just moved and it worked... http://www.myointernational.com Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/167936-solved-my-search-box/#findComment-886764 Share on other sites
