.josh Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 I good proposal should clearly outline the current problem, what the system is supposed to do to make it go away, and key steps/areas of it (without going into every gritty detail). Beyond that, I can't really offer much else, because "I.T. Proposal" is pretty damn vague.
