haku Posted August 18, 2009 Share Posted August 18, 2009 Styling and layout should be done in CSS. But using display:table is mostly futile, as IE doesn't recognize it. Which is unfortunate, seeing as it's really handy. SuperBlue Posted August 19, 2009 Share Posted August 19, 2009 I've had some problems in the past by using it, even Firefox had a problem, where it would "throw things" around randomly on the page, atleast i suspect that of being the source. Simply clicking the refresh button would fix it however. Its some time ago now, so they might have fixed it in newer versions. I don't know if its supported by newer IE versions, but i would say, due to better "tested" alternatives, its best to avoid currently.
