bftrs2
Hello! I've just started learning php and am always online looking for tutorials, sample code and other help. I found this site and it really looks helpful. Please be patient with me, I'm brand new at php and like to fully understand how code works so I tend to look for "dumbed down" explanations to help me understand it. I'm more about understanding how the code was written than just getting it to work correctly. wohlm
I'm in the same boat as you. I've been going through this book on php. I'm familiar with the syntax of php, using flat files and commands such as fopen()..now I'm going through arrays. Best thing you can do is ask questions and be persistent with learning. Maq
There's usually a load of 'basic' PHP questions in the PHP Coding Help section to help you learn: http://www.phpfreaks.com/forums/index.php/board,1.0.html Along with that, I would recommend following/completing some tutorials we have here on PHPFreaks: http://www.phpfreaks.com/tutorials Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/184197-learning-php/#findComment-982616 Share on other sites
