New Laptop

Hey, I got a new laptop, a TravelMate C200. It's a 2.00 GHZ Pentium, with 1GB of RAM, Nvidia Go 6200 Graphics Card, 12.1" monitor which I use a nice little stylus for as a touch screen, a fingerprint reader and a four in one card reader. Now, I got this for Christmas ($350 AUD, cheap as hell, eh?) and I was wondering what I should upgrade.

I know that the computer lags when I have youtube videos playing (If I have the video in site, if I can only hear it there's no problem). But I would like the speakers a bit louder, so I was thinking of seeing if I can get better speakers built in, as I don't want cords or anything to take away its portability.

I also want to install Windows 7, so I'm guessing another Gigabyte of RAM would help out. But the processor could also do with an Upgrade sometime soon... I think. This is my first laptop by the way. At the moment it's running XP. So what do you guys think? In which order should I upgrade this laptop?

Yeah at least really. 1gig won't support win7 despite what MS may say on their requirements page. At work they're rolling out win7 to every desktop (which is about 400 machines) within the next few months. Through testing they've reported win7 isn't stable at all with the 1gig machines.
