I am getting this icon in my design view of Dreamweaver. I see nothing in my code that explains it and when published it is creating an empty space above both includes of my index page. I can not click on it and it does not show up in the the individual include files, only the index page that the includes are placed. I have two other include files on the index page that are fine.

Thanks in advance!

The icon stands for "enclosed styles" and you can view all icons if you go to Edit > Preferences > Invisible Elements It has a listing of all icons + checkboxes to allow for disabling if they annoy you. If you are an inexperienced coder I suggest you leave them On turn them Off otherwise.
