Requirements: - Must be a student - Must have a student email address (colleges and universities) - A PC with a Windows OS® - An Internet connection (broadband suggested) - An Internet browser - A Windows Live ID account This is a program powered by Microsoft for students to get free Microsoft Developer software for free. Windows 7 -> Windows 7 RC2- r777 (free) + timebomb deactivator Vista -> (Should be thrown everywhere like AOL disks!) By the way, Visual Studio Express used to be downloadable in one step w/o registering, this DreamSpark thing is sorta uninnovative for actual utilization of effective software, unless you're not able to know other software than what MS provides (companies obviously tend to go MS rather than open source..)
