Load a external page using iframe and remove the header?

Is there any way I can remove the header and footer of the external page I loaded into my website? Or if it's not possible, is there a workaround like covering it up with a fixed div? Or maybe there is another way other than iframe? Help pls..

I imagine it's not a common thing anyone ever would try but I'd have to believe you could load the page in an iframe to display at a specific id tag, thus removing the header. I'm not positive if it would work though.
