It has approx 10 pages all static, and an iframe within 3 pages which links to a property listings page. They just want the look modernizing and a section on the homepage they could update. How much would you charge for this project and how long do you think it would take? How long do you think it will take, and what is your time worth? Everyone has different circumstances to you, so it doesn't matter what other people would charge.
