AtomicRax
I'm trying to automatically redirect the user (to /mobile) if they're on a mobile device. For what I want, a simple check of the user_agent for the word "mobile" would suffice. My logical thinking would split the user_agent by individual spaces and check each word to see if it's the word "mobile." I know my method is not the best way... I was wondering if someone could help or maybe point out a better technique for redirecting mobile users. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. trq
Is there any reason particular reason you actually need to redirect users? We develope sites for both the web and for mobile devices and simply use a different css file for each. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="mobile.css" media="only screen and (max-width: 480px)" />
