adding date to form

I have wrote an online schedule database for work.  Its done 7 days at a time.  I have a java script to pop up a little calendar for mondays form entry and would like to echo the date to tues, wed and so on from mondays date.  The script i am using only allows one form location.  Meanin if i add the code to monday it only works on monday and if i add it to tuesday too it only will work on tuesday and not both days.  What i am looking for is you some sort of script that once you enter Mondays date with the java script mini calendar that tuesday through sunday auto echo the date plus one day.
