I just wiped my log access.log file as it was well over 100MB. Is there a way to limit the size of the log so it will never exceed xxx ammount of lines? Just refreshing my website added 7KB to the new empty file and it's already growing again. Any ideas? using apache 1.3 I believe

Are you on Windows or Unix? There are plenty of good, easy apache log rotaters ou there for both systems. I'd suggest googling: rotate apache logs
