No idea Whats Wrong with it. But need Help! Thanks. im doing Pagniation with a search.

There actually is more than one problem in that code block. See comments below.

$result = mysql_query($sql, $conn) or trigger_error("SQL", E_USER_ERROR); // $sql should be $query
$numresults=mysql_query($query) or die(mysql_error()); // This line can go away.
$numrows=mysql_num_rows($numresults); // This line can change to: $numrows = mysql_num_rows($result);
