register activation link no working

my registration script for my website, does sent activation link to newly registered user's for some reason.  can some one please help me, i have stay up all-night just to figure out the problem. any help appreciated

to troubleshoot something like this, i would do what I suggest that you do: add echo() statements throughout the code to see what is happening and what values are as the code is executed. basic debugging.
