Hi i was looking for a tutorial or something in how to create something like Facebooks chat system... What language would be best in making that? Docking it to the bottom of the screen an does anyone know any tutorials that could help me?

I think the first question to start off with is, what do you know already? Here's some tutorials to get you started though

I know PHP, MySQl, XMl, DHTML, Javascript, C++ :/

Personally I'd skip the AJAX tutorial and get stuck right into jQuery... I don't think its stuff you need to know when its as easy as:
