Here's some key points: This page has 23 external Javascript scripts. Try combining them into one. This page has 8 external stylesheets. Try combining them into one. This page has 14 external background images. Try combining them with CSS sprites. I think the site overall looks nice, especially the header. It's a very simple and clean design. That would be really neat if can incorporate that so can just swipe the mouse over strings versus having to click.
