Know of a good Thesaurus?

I was looking for something like this a couple years ago.  Closest I could find was here though it is not as simple as some csv where each row is a list of words relating to each other.  In my past researches I have determined that unfortunately, thesauruses are a lot more complex than that.

I did the same however my solution was to allow the user to enter words to be stored in a database. This is not a solution if you are planning on using the entire dictionary. A simple program ran in the background that looped through each word and checked if it had a definition, synonyms, etc. If it didn't, a simple webbot would be triggered that browsed to thesaurus.com and grabbed the relevent data then inserted it into my database. A user could also trigger the bot by clicking on the word via the front-end interface. A bit of Ajax would display a timer until the bot had completed it's job.

i.e

http://thesaurus.com/browse/test

I admire the thought process, but I want the database to double as a stand-alone system on a desktop, so I really need a thesaurus database.

I'm fine with multiple tables in a database, but I do need a thesaurus that I can move around and even access without net connectivity (fancy that!)

:D
