Okey, here is the code:

$data = readtext($_POST['files']);
...
<textarea cols="100" rows="30" style="color: white; background-color: gray" name="txtcode">
		<?php echo $data; ?>
</textarea>

function readtext($file)
{
$fh = fopen('./Data/' . $file, 'r');
$data = fread($fh, 1000000);
fclose($fh);
return $data;
}

If you have a space between the opening and closing textarea tags, this will become a space inside the textarea. Usually whitespace doesn't matter in HTML, but it does with textareas. Remove all whitespace and have the tags one after the other like this:

<textarea name="something"></textarea>
