I used to use Dreamweaver 8, but after trying out Eclipse (for PHP), I must say, Eclipse outdoes DW in every aspect that matters to me in regards to pure PHP coding. It automatically does all of the repetitive work for you, such as indenting, formatting, balancing braces. It will highlight syntax errors in a non-intrusive way while your typing, and it will give you a tree chart of your classes, functions, variables and constants, similar to PHPDoc, but as you type.
