Hi

Having problems with http://validator.w3.org/

Claims No Character encoding declared at document level, but it is clearly there above <html>

Also Why can't I have border="0" on an image. If I remove it I will have a border around the image. I have used this before without any errors

TIA

Desmond.

There's no character encoding information there that I can find; just a DOCTYPE declaration . . .

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

<META HTTP-EQUIV="imagetoolbar" CONTENT="no">
