m using easyphp  5.3.6.0 for d 1st time

i have written code for "hello world"

bt now how to use it?

i clicking on local web & selecting the file

bt as a result its showing the code & not the output 

plz dnt tell me to switch to xamp or wamp i want to try with this

please help me

What is it that you see when you open EasyPHP? hello.php.txt?

i see the following code as an o/p when i do right click on easyphp->localweb>hello.php

Is the apache service actually running? I have not used easyphp for a long time but from what I remember you had to start the service, right click on the easy php icont in the taskbar goto administration and make sure apache is started and mysql too if you plan to use that.

i think they are trying find out how you view the file in the browser.

I asked you if the file was named hello.php.txt !!!!!!!!! http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Show-or-hide-file-name-extensions and then change the name to hello.php
