The thread I found never successfully resolved the question, but I did find the answer on my own. I'd like to post the answer to "How to delete session cookies?" but see no way to return to the thread once I've logged in. (I know it's an old post, but I'm sure it gets found by search engines fairly often.) I recommend adding a search forum (or forum topic) option.
