There is a missing period: Options +FollowSymLinks Options +Indexes RewriteEngine On RewriteRule ^English-Lighthouses/(.*)$ English-Lighthouses-Page.php?Lighthouse=$1 #---------------------------------^ Right There Otherwise, it could be an issue with the directory name. Is this at your DOCUMENT ROOT or is it in a sub-directory? I'm not a genius at this, so if the missing period is not the problem, you might post your directory structure so someone with more mod_rewrite experience can take a swing at it.
