Mysql Syntax Error.

Does anyone see any syntax errors with the first part of the statement.  Mostly the list of fields..it's returning a syntax error on that part of the query, but that doesn't make any sense. Everything seems to be in order.

I'll bet the error was - ...the right syntax to use near 'condition
