thehippy Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 Mobile browsers have much smaller limits, as little as 255 characters in some instances. A note, the HTTP/URI specifications have no set limit on length, the limits are in the various implementations, Apache has limit (4000), IIS has a limit (16000), IE has a limit (2000) and I'm not aware that Opera and Firefox even have a limit.
