silverglade Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 hi i want to make a hot or not site. the problem is, i went to 2 of the top hot or not sites on google and there are like NO PEOPLE on them!! There would be like 1 person, with 6000 votes on them, but as for the people in an area like New York City, there would be about 40 people on there to vote and that's it. does anyone know what i could do to overcome this lack of people joining and using problem? Why are people not putting themselves up to be voted on? I need to overcome this somehow or it is not worth creating the site. Think about it: Since the site's sole purpose is to objectify people, you have to ask who its audience would be. Most people don't want to be oogled at and/or insulted for their looks. And that's on top of there being no way to verify that the pics are of the people posting them, and having to handle disgusting picture spam. Make something fun or useful, not something that highlights the worst of the internet.
