so i created this leave application program..users need to select branch/month/year. then it will show which user from which branch, on which month of the year leave details.

 

i have created a view in my database..can someone pls help..

You check to see if a form has been submitted. eg;

 

if (isset($_POST['submit'])) {
  // fetch data from the database.
}
