OM2 Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 I need a shopping cart solution that allows me to specify per item shipping costs So for every item I would for example have x price for UK, y price for Europe and z price for the rest of the world I don't specifically want to have it be per item I've tried prestashop. Looks ok on the outside but has a horrible backend that doesn't allow what I want! I've tried open cart - I don't think its possible, but need to test more before I can say for sure Woocommerce for Wordpress is amazing - except it falls short of being a working complete solution - not far off Doesn't have what I want I haven't tried others Any help would be great Thanks OM Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Christian F. Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 You might find what you need with Magento, and make sure to check out the plugins for the different webshops as well. OM2 Posted October 30, 2012 Author Share Posted October 30, 2012 christian, thanks for the reply magento: i stayed away from - everyone said it was a steep learning curve i've already spent a LOT of time testing out the others i just wanted something i could just make a start with immediately! plugins...? yes... i may have found one for woocommerce... need to investigate i'm dissappointed with prestashop - documentation is rubbish and the system is unintuitive at the backend and looks and feels very dated in terms of interface Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
