How to compile and build PHP on linux?

I compiled and built PHP on Ubuntu and CentOS, but failed(when running ./configure). It said like this:

 

 

There is something wrong. Please check config.log for more information. 
 

 

Then I checked the config.log, but got no idea to solve this problem.
