i get the following error in my site....

With a parse error there should normally a line be given. That might help.

 

And you can find it even with the highlighting here. It's in front of newsletter after the function __descruct().

I am not sure what you are doing there but that's not right

I am not sure what you are doing there but that's not right

I've found this .sql file

That's what's causing your error and shouldn't be in your code, at least not like that.
