It's all the

`newsletter {
                '(
  `newsletter_id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,

                    `name` varchar(100) CHARACTER SET utf8 NOT NULL,

                    `email` varchar(120) CHARACTER SET utf8 NOT NULL,
                     PRIMARY KEY (`newsletter_id`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM  DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 AUTO_INCREMENT=1 ;

                }

I am not sure what you are doing there but that's not right

I've found this .sql file

--

-- Create newsletter table. Don't forget add prefix for newsletter table

--

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `newsletter` (

  `newsletter_id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,

  `name` varchar(100) CHARACTER SET utf8 NOT NULL,

  `email` varchar(120) CHARACTER SET utf8 NOT NULL,

  PRIMARY KEY (`newsletter_id`)

) ENGINE=MyISAM  DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 AUTO_INCREMENT=1 ;
