Using Field Values on Wordpress Confirmation Page

Hi,

This is my first post, and I hope I am posting it in the right section.

 

I am new to coding and here is what I want to do..

 

The person enters his details in the contact form (First name, last name, email, phone etc.) .. (http://website.com/contact) and clicks Submit. 

 

After clicking Submit button they are taken to a new confirmation page. (http://website.com/confirmation-page) 

 

I want to include some of the details they entered in the contact form on the WordPress Confirmation Page. 

 

For eg. the confirmation page will look like. 

 

Hey Mike
 

Thanks for contacting me.This is to confirm that I've received your email. 
 

I'll get back to you at [email protected] in 24-48 hours.
