I want the administrator to be able to select a specific date from a DB table, which will then display the results associated which that date selected. I have been able to do this with sessions, but of course only the administrator would be able to see this. You already said only the admin will be able to even do this. And how "permanent" do you want this selection to be? Permanent as in always? Permanent for the current session?
