Hey, I just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that we've improved our XML feeds. We were having a problem with the server getting overloaded due to the amount of pull on our XML feeds, so we've written a caching system for them. In addition, when we switched over to SMF, we never had an XML feed for it. The forums XML feed was going to the old Invision Board database (doh!).

Here's the feeds and how often they are updated:

News Articles - 60 Minutes

Tutorials - 60 Minutes

Quick Code Library - 60 Minutes
http://www.phpfreaks.com/feeds/quickcode.xml

PHP Freaks Discussions (comments posted around the main site) - 5 Minutes
http://www.phpfreaks.com/feeds/comments.xml

Forums - 2 Minutes

You can add these to your RSS syndicator such as Thunderbird or Opera, etc...
