Capture user information and store in Database

Hi,
I want to capture the information below from all sessions (including buying sessions & non-buying sessions.) of a website.
Please give me a suggestion that how to create a report in the backend that would allow us to pull this information for a certain time period. 

Information to include:

IP Address
Device
Operating System
Operating System Version
Browser
Browser Version
Entry Page
Exit Page
User Agent String

Assuming your data is stored in a MySQL database, check out BETWEEN clause.  Also it would probably help if you had a specific questions.  Your question is broad and covers a lot of machinery.
