Skip first line on import csv using php mysqli

hi. I have a problem on importing csv file using php.
Below code is working but its inserting the first line(header).
I don't need to import also headers.How can I prevent the code to save headers.

You could check if the age value is numeric. If it isn't (header), skip the insert.

It's usually best to save a date of birth versus an age.

* Got locked out of previous post. If your csv ALWAYS has a header row you can use the code I just posted.

 

To do it using file:

$file = file("Your_File.csv");
array_shift($file);
foreach($file as $f){
    echo $f."<br />";
}
