Making a text file and putting it in a database doesn't make sense. Just put stuff into the database. You can have your PHP get what's there, allow for editing, and have it put the new version back.

 

Don't know where to start at all? No offense but Google is probably your best bet. You're the one who knows how you learn best, be that tutorials or videos or online courses or whatever. Look for stuff that involves "PDO".
