I want to create a social networking site with my colleagues only special in us

I have this code minus the upload of a personal picture and with the book attach a picture

I already learned at school HTML,CSS But not php & JS

But I do not have enough experience to develop'

What do you want us to do?  Write some php for you that you can't be bothered to begin teaching yourself?  You should be posting on the jobs forum where you pay for what you want.
