free license key for jwplayer ?

Hello,
1)as far as I remember jwplayer had free licence key some time ago?
Is it now so? I am a web developer and free licence key for my app development is what I need now.

2)For my task I installed jwplayer , but ut was working during 1 day, after I got error 
invalid licence key

3) I tried to register at https://www.jwplayer.com/
but very strange, I opened “Sign In” Page, aftefr that I moved “Sign Up” Page
but it has “Get Started” link only(it opens pricing page), no form for my credetials to enter ?

4) If there is a way to develop jwplayer in my php/laravel app ?

After googling around for a bit, it seems if you want a free version you have to grab the source from github and build it yourself.  It's says it's not the same as the commercial version, but I'm not sure what exactly the differences are.

There is no free license for developers for Jwplayer. You have to pay $30 for the Developer/Content Creator license:  https://www.jwplayer.com/pricing/?utm_source=developer&utm_medium=CTA&utm_campaign=developer-homepage-get-started

There are a number of reasons you might not want to build the community version, but even if you do, it's not a way around paying for the licensed version, unless your site is 100% non-commercial.  

If you have a reason to use jwplayer for commercial purposes, in that you are going to use one of their plugins, or their ad serving network, then it makes sense, but at the end of the day, with HTML5 doing so much of the heavy lifting now, many people are using things like VideoJS.
