LeonLatex
If this is posted in the wrong place, I apologize, but thanks for the help. This applies to MySQL Workbench. I have used MySQL Admin before, but have never been happy with it as a full-featured tool. After I met Mr. X in here (who I do not want to identify if he does not want to himself) who knows workbench well is probably happy to help me, but I have put too much on his shoulders from before with help to MySQL and PHP, so I am afraid (humble) asking too much. But .... so to my question: How can I have MySQL Workbench to show me a chart, a diagram/map of my database tables? The Workbench already has a connection to my MySQL database on my external server, or is it not possible as it is in MySQL Admin and work online directly on the server as its installed localy on my pc? I get all the tables in the database up on my computers screen, but not the diagram / map of all the tables?
kicken
In the menu bar, Database -> Reverse Engineer... will try and generate a diagram from your existing database. Is that what you're looking for?
