Help 500 Internal Server Error

Hello i have just uploaded my cms to my hosting and i receive 500 Internal Server Error that comes from the .htaccess file (on my localhost with wampp i do not have problem)

Here is what is inside the file:

I have checked in my phpinfo on hosting that max_input_vars is default 5000
How to fix it ?
