How do I create a chat system in MySQL? Do I use

$_POST['submit']

but what is the code for the post? And how do I make it 2 players? Am I right if I use

How do I perfect this?

There's a lot you'll need to learn if you want to do this - more if you want to learn to do it correctly, and well.

Start with just the basics of PHP and HTML: you'll need to write a fair amount of both to make a chat system.
