last_trace
I was just wondering what fonts you guys use for programming. I'm looking at a few websites offering free programming fonts, but was wondering if anyone here had anything to recommend. Thanks Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/33393-programming-fonts/ Share on other sites
redbullmarky
Monaco (on the Mac) and either ProggySquare or straightforward Courier New on the PC. ProggySquare you can get for free here and is a pretty decent font for coding. Monaco is a commercial font (I think by Apple) that generally comes prepacked with Mac OSX Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/33393-programming-fonts/#findComment-156103 Share on other sites
neylitalo
You definitely want something monospace - I like the standard Monospace or Courier/Courier New. redbullmarky
yeah might be worth pointing out that the version of Monaco on the PC I found wasnt monospace, hence why I went for ProggySquare which is.
