emehrkay Posted January 15, 2007 Author Share Posted January 15, 2007 Yes, im sorry i am just so used to using it that i left out how it works. It is basically as repository for all of your files. You can version them and lock them (download only), search etc. We're using foldershare and it is great, the only problem that I have with it is that you cannot lock a file to prevent editing. You won't be able to search documents, but it'll do everything else. Most importantly, it'll make sure that nobody overwrites anybody else's changes, unless that's precisely what you're trying to do.
